I've worked with 20+ companies in life sciences, clean tech, and software to help them raise money and make it last. In that time I've been part of $16M+ in successful transactions ranging from multi-million dollar public-private consortiums to early-stage equity and debt raises to grant funding.

I do workshops and webinars for organizations like VANTEC, New Ventures BC, Life Science BC, Innovate Calgary, and others across BC, Alberta, and Ontario.

My first course offering is called the Frictionless Data Rooms Training Program and I built it for founders to get their data rooms done in 6 weeks, either with weekly sessions with me and their teams, or as self-service on-demand option.
